NBA star Stephen Curry has signed a partnership agreement with Under Armour to drop a non-fungible token (NFT) in honor of his record for three-point shots, CoinDesk reports.

Particularly, Under Armour will issue 2,974 NFTs as part of the Genesis Curry Flow collection that represents digital copies of "Curry Flow 9" sneakers the Golden State Warriors star guard was wearing when he broke the all-time NBA record for three-point shots.

This will be the first multi-chain metaverse item available on three ecosystems: Decentraland, The Sandbox and Gala Games.

At the time of writing, the highest price for an NFT from the Genesis Curry Flow is set at 9.69 ETH (~$40,000 at the current price).
