Multi-withdrawals for Institutional clients

Institutional clients are able to now make several different withdrawals at the same time using a new feature.  To take advantage of this feature, follow these steps:  

1. Please go to your institutional account and to the ‘Balances-Multi-withdraw’ section.
   
   
2. Please download the example file where you need to enter information about cryptocurrency wallets, withdrawal amounts and networks. Upload the completed file to the appropriate field. 
   
   
3. In the Validation section, please check that the entered data is correct and click ‘Next’.  
   
   
4. After all steps are completed, the list of transactions and its status will be available in the History section.  
   
   
   

Warning: Make sure that the data entered, including wallet addresses and networks, is correct, as once the transaction has been sent, it is impossible to cancel it.
