1. Verification Requirement
To join this campaign and qualify for any rewards, users must complete Advanced Verification (KYC). Accounts without completed verification will not be counted.

2. Regional Restrictions
Participation in this campaign is not available to users located in the following regions:

• All EEA countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, United Arab Emirates. Any other restricted, prohibited, or sanctioned jurisdiction. Users from these regions are automatically considered ineligible.

Participation is also prohibited in any other jurisdiction where such campaigns, derivatives trading, or promotional rewards are restricted or prohibited under applicable laws, regulations, or Tothemoon’s internal compliance policies.

Tothemoon reserves the right to determine user eligibility based on residency, location, IP address, or other risk indicators at its sole discretion.

3. Exclusion of Institutional Participants
Institutional accounts, professional trading entities, and market makers are strictly prohibited from participating. Such accounts are not eligible for any form of rewards.

This restriction also applies to accounts directly or indirectly controlled by, acting on behalf of, or economically benefiting such entities.

4. Trading Activity & Reward Rules

• The campaign uses a task-based cumulative reward structure. Some rewards require meeting multiple requirements, such as both trading volume and net deposit.

• Early-stage USDT rewards require both the minimum deposit and the corresponding trading volume threshold to be completed.

• Mid-stage and high-tier rewards are based on eligible trading volume thresholds.

• Only executed trading activity that generates payable trading fees shall be included in the calculation of eligible trading volume.

• Only trading volume generated within the official campaign dates will be counted.

• Trading volume is calculated based on executed (filled) BTC Futures trades only. Cancelled, reversed, self-matched, wash trades, or otherwise abnormal transactions shall not be counted.

• Leaderboard rankings, reward allocation, and the applicable distribution mechanism shall be determined by Tothemoon based on its internal calculation methodology, and such determinations shall be final and binding.

5. Physical Rewards Distribution

• All physical prizes are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Shipping will be arranged within 15 business days after the campaign ends.

• If delivery to a user’s region is not possible due to logistics restrictions, Tothemoon may convert the physical prize into an equivalent amount in USDT.

• Available Physical Reward: Apple AirPods Pro3, iPad Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max, Rolex, Ferrari. 

• All taxes, customs duties, registration fees, insurance, and any other costs or obligations not explicitly stated as included shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

• Tothemoon does not guarantee delivery timelines, availability of specific models, or transferability of ownership beyond what is legally permissible in the recipient’s jurisdiction.

6. Anti-Fraud & Risk Control

• Accounts involved in collusive trading, artificial volume creation, or other abnormal behavior flagged by Tothemoon’s risk control system will be removed from the campaign.

• If bulk registrations, malicious activity, cheating, or fraud are detected, Tothemoon reserves the right to disqualify users and revoke any rewards.

7. Rights & Modifications

• Tothemoon may modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Tothemoon retains the final right of interpretation for all campaign rules.

• Participation in the campaign does not create any vested rights or legitimate expectations.

9. Risk Warning & Limitation of Liability
Derivatives trading involves significant risk and may result in the loss of all invested capital. Participation in this campaign does not reduce or alter the inherent risks of derivatives trading. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tothemoon shall not be liable for any losses, damages, claims, or expenses arising from participation in the campaign or from acceptance, use, or inability to use any reward.
