Multi-withdrawals for Institutional clients

Institutional Clients can make several different withdrawals at the same time using the new feature. What do you need to do for this?

1. Please go to your institutional account and to the ‘Balances-Multi-withdraw’ section.
   
   
2. Please download an example file where you need to add the required crypto wallets, withdrawal amount, and network and upload this file to the appropriate box.
   
   
3. In the Validation section, check that the information you entered is correct and click next.
   
   
4. After all steps are completed, the list of transactions and their status will be displayed in the “History” section.
   
   
   

Please note that:

• It is necessary to make sure that the information entered is correct, including wallet address, and network, as once sent, the transaction can no longer be canceled.
