Bank transfer: Withdrawal using the SEPA or SWIFT methods

Please note:

• Tothemoon’s settlement time is at 15:50 UTC.
• Bank transfer transactions are processed within 1-3 business days, and if a withdrawal is made to any bank except Unlimit, then the time may also be increased due to transfers between banks.
• Transaction processing time may be increased on bank holidays or weekends.
• You can withdraw funds only to a bank account in which the name and surname of the owner match the name and surname in your Tothemoon account.
• In case of rejection of the transaction, your funds will be returned within 14 days.
• The withdrawals can only be sent to banks in the countries that we currently support. You can check the full list here;

In what currency can I make the bank transfer withdrawal?

You can only withdraw EUR. To withdraw USD, you can use the Unlimit bank account.

What are the withdrawal fees?

The fee for withdrawals is 7 EUR/USD.

To make a SEPA withdrawal, please follow the simple steps:

1. Go to the Balances page;
2. Choose "Withdraw";
3. Choose the wallet and currency;
4. In the next step, select "Bank Transfer" and you will need to add the credentials for withdrawal to a bank account;
5. Make sure that the data is entered correctly and click the "Withdraw" button.
